Save Fred!

In science today we practiced planning and making a hypothesis!  We had to save Fred by following all the rules!  (Check them out below)  We did a wonderful job working as a team to save Fred!

What We Need to Succeed!

Yesterday afternoon the students of 3Y brainstormed about what they  need to be successful in third grade.  Here is what we came up with!

Clay and Sculptors!

Today we did an exciting activity together!  Working with a partner(s), students got to pretend they were clay and were sculptors!  One student got to "mold" the other student into different animals!  One time we created farm animal clay models and another time we did sea creatures! Here are some exciting pictures of our masterpieces!
